How can I pay?

We accept Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.
We accept payments in Pounds Sterling. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by cheque or cash.

When you come to check-out your goods, you will be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. All payments are processed over a secure server. Following payment, you will receive an order and payment confirmation to the email address provided as proof of purchase. If you have any worries or issues with your payment transaction, please contact us on 0800 0289837.

What level of certification can you offer?

We offer Certificates of Conformity and Test Certificates with many of our pumps as declaration and assurance of our product’s quality and adherence to our testing procedures. We can also offer Gauge Calibration Certificates as an optional extra. Please contact the factory to discuss your requirement.  Please note that these are a chargeable item.

In addition, various pumps from our range can be supplied as an Atex Certified unit. Contact us to discuss your Atex certified pump applications.

Is your company ISO 9001 registered?

The management system governing the manufacture of our products has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification.

What is your standard lead time?

Our standard lead time is 5-7 days for the pump units although we always try to improve where possible. For smaller items such as service kits or spares, we can often ship as soon as the order is received and other items may be despatched the next day. Please allow for the lead time and delivery time when ordering items. If you have a query about the despatch of items or our lead times, please contact us.

If you are in a hurry for an item, please contact us and we can check stock availability prior to your order to ensure that you get what you want, when you need it.


We will always pack our items to ensure that no damage is sustained in transit. However, if you find that your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Full details surrounding warranty and the return of faulty goods can be found in our terms and conditions.
I need a pump for a certain application, and I can’t see anything that suits my requirements.
Over the years, Sarum Hydraulics has built up a reputation for designing bespoke solutions for specific pumping problems. If you want to discuss a problem or application that isn’t covered in the PumpShop Pro showcase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your query.

We can also make changes to many of the pumps that we offer through PumpShop Pro so please contact us if you’re looking for something more specific.

Where are you based?

We are based in Salisbury, in the South of England.


We charge VAT at 20.0% as standard. All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT. If you are a VAT registered customer in another EU Member State, Pump Shop Pro can refund your VAT. In order to receive a VAT refund for your order we require:

– a copy of your VAT registration certificate which shows the registered business address and registered VAT number
– the order number that you are claiming a refund for
– your contact details (e-mail address and phone number)

Please note that if the address on your VAT certificate is different from the billing address on the order, we may be unable to process your VAT refund request. Please provide a short explanation for this address descrepency. Pump Shop Pro will only issue invoices to the registered address for your business.
