How can I pay?

We accept Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.

We accept payments in Pounds Sterling. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by cheque or cash.

When you come to check-out your goods, you will be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. All payments are processed over a secure server. Following payment, you will receive an order and payment confirmation to the email address provided as proof of purchase. If you have any worries or issues with your payment transaction, please contact us on 0800 0289837.


We charge VAT at 20.0% as standard. All product prices listed on our website are excluding VAT. If you are a VAT registered customer in another EU Member State, Pump Shop Pro can refund your VAT. In order to receive a VAT refund for your order we require:

  • a copy of your VAT registration certificate which shows the registered business address and registered VAT number
  • the order number that you are claiming a refund for
  • your contact details (e-mail address and phone number)

Please note that if the address on your VAT certificate is different from the billing address on the order, we may be unable to process your VAT refund request. Please provide a short explanation for this address discrepancy. Pump Shop Pro will only issue invoices to the registered address for your business.

PumpShop Pro offers a 15 month warranty on all items if found to be faulty. Our liability is limited to parts and labour. Please note that the warranty does not cover improper use or application. We provide a User Manual with all of our pumps therefore we advise that this is read prior to use.
Please notify us of any faults or damage within 7 working days following receipt of the goods.

The unit must be returned to the factory at the buyer’s expense. Please return items to: PumpShop Pro, Unit 1, Centre One, Danebury Court, Old Sarum Business Park, Salisbury SP4 6EB, UK. Following repair the items will be returned to the buyer at no additional cost.

If possible, please contact us prior to returning the item so that we are aware of the issue. It is often possible to resolve issues over the telephone, and we are happy to send replacement parts if required.

Returns Policy

We accept unused returns if we are notified within 14 days of purchase.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all accepted returns.

PumpShop Pro reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is used, or has had improper use or application.
